During the Ring of Honor event on August 2 in New York City, NY, NWA World Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce will be presented with a “new” belt prior to his title match against Brent Albright. This is being done to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of the National Wrestling Alliance. The belt is a recreation of the belt awarded to Harley Race in 1973, which was also worn by Jack Brisco and Shohei Baba.
