From Rich Tate:NAWA Ring Champions results from the Purks Building in Cedartown, GA, on August 1, before a reported 847 in attendance: the Patriot over the Canadian; Stupid, with Tweety, over Kyle Matthews; Bulldog Raines over Simon Sermon; Tyler Smith over Lamar Phillips; Frankie Valentine & Chip Day over Josh Storm & the Nightmare, with interference from Air Paris; Nigel Sherrod over Bambi in an inter-gender match for the NAWA Women’s Title; David Young, with Jackie Rosedale, over Paris, with interference from the Nightmare; and Thunder & Lightning over Adam Armor & Chase Stevens by disqualification. Paris, challenged Young and the Nightmare to a tag match on a future card, saying he would bring in Ron Garvin to help him.
