photo courtesy of carolinanightlife.comABC news reported Monday that Ric Flair's daughter, Ashley Fliehr, has been charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest following a confrontation in Chapel Hill, NC this past Friday.
According to reports, Flair and his daughter were in a fight with an unidentified 22-year-old man in a parking lot of a Chapel Hill apartment complex when police were called. Police were forced to use a taser gun on Flair's daughter who was arrested for kicking an officer.
Though bloodied and bruised Flair has decided not to press charges.
